These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by Apex Crew (“Apex Crew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications on a device you own or control for your personal or internal business use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Accounts

If a feature requires an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• Upload malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Apex Crew or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.

7. Third-Party Services & Stores

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content.

8. Payments

If any part of the Services is offered for a fee, applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store’s policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Crew and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Crew from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
